cap Space Question
Do we need cap space now (2015) for Franchise and RFAs? My understanding is we need the cap space at the start of 2016 for these players. Or do we only need the cap space when we decide to keep the RFA's?

Franchise players will be added and salary increased on April 1, after contracts roll over. Same with RFA. So their salaries will go against 2016 salaries, yes. Not 2015. Renegs go against 2015 salary cap.
RFA salaries count until the player is put up for bid. Then they drop off until you decide to keep them

Actually, we have to vote on the change. So as of now, RFA salaries count against your cap until you decline. Just the initial amount you set, not the current bid
